We advise, assist and reprsent our clients in the field of the financial sector providing financial and economic services, from specific purpose to regulated purpose, whether based in Luxembourg or in other suitable locations.

 

We advise mainly on the setting up of Luxembourg financial services intermediaries, and assist them in the incorporation, registration, establishment, the follow up and the development in regard to the services scope, the supervision requirements, the substance and administrative organization.

 

We provide also, with the assistance of local intermediaries, the setting up of foreign financial services providers, whether EC based or not in partnership with local legal adviser.

 

We advise and assist also to the establishment of business Luxembourg base for smaller private talents managers and entrepreneurs by assisting them in the all the chain for setting up, launching and follow their Luxembourg based entities.
